He was attempting to circumvent ebay fees by inflating the shipping charges - the ebay fee is calculated based on the ending price of the item. I did a double take when I saw the first auction at $999, but then saw the shipping. I'm sure the first two buyers thought they were getting a great deal, then refused to pay when they got the total invoice.

!,000 in shipping>?????? One of my bracelets broke yesterday..so I had to send it back to my jeweler in Chicago.....I had to insure it for 10,000....it was 197.50....what a tosser that guy is.
