Modeling pics in the TPF are really persuading! I had known Cartier Love Bangles for a LOoooong time and never got interested in them. But now I am sure that my next purchase, in the jewelry/watch caegory, is Cartier Love Bangle.:D Recently I have bought a Celine bag thanks to TPF bag treads! I am very glad that I am still immune to gorgeous watches.:smile1:

I'm working on developing a PF vaccine ;)

Until then, consider yourself at risk :D

Contessa, while waiting the development of PF vaccination, alll I have to do is "pausing for a while.":smile1: I once craved a halo setting ring, but no more, return to original taste(a simple solitaire). That might mean I will lose interest in Cartier Love Bangles soon or later? My original plan was to buy a tennis bracelet first...

Oooooh.........tennis bracelet........LOVE! The key is finding just the right size of diamonds to avoid that "is it fake? or are those crystals?" glances.

And speaking of halo........while my SOLITAIRE is being set this week, my heart is suddenly wanting a halo!!! I'm just hoping that with my mere 1.25 RB, I won't be disappointed size-wise......I know, I know.......size isn't the be all, end all......but do you ladies kwim?? Even though I know better.....am educated, rational (well, not always!), why, or why do I always come back to size????!!!

Tennis bracelet: Thanks for your advice. I want to wear it every day so I need the "presence" but don't want a too high-profile one.

A halo: umm... You should once try a hallo look! Your diamond (1.25 carats) is good size to go halo. You can have a really good, big halo ring! If, IF you are tired of the halo setting, you can go back to a solitaire and you can create a celebration ring with the melee diamonds.:smile1:

WHY?? Some women are not just interested in diamonds, but others are just diamond girls!!! Me, too! Why I lost interest in a halo look might be that I am comfortable with the size of my solitaire (2.4 carats). I know some are not satisfied with 2.4, but I am totally happy with my Tiffany classic solitaire. The thought of re-setting it will never cross my mind. I feel stable.:D

This is strictly my own personal feeling, but the branded jewelry has this power to make you(me) satisfied with your(my) diamond not only size-wise.:smile1:

Ah.......my sweet solitaire is half the size of yours! No wonder you no wanna a halo!!

I agree though....the perfect rock (of any size), set correctly can be a show-stopping piece. What matters is YOU loving it, not others.
