I have only found the 'Vivienne NM' in green to have the same tag (maybe wrong size) but in gold finish. Your help would be appreciated as always. You need a tip jar at this point lol
Colour wise the Vivienne looks very close, but that has a small sized tag (also with a special backside), and this one is just a plain regular, but normal sized tag. My guess is it is from a luggage or a Men's piece.

Sad part is, there is next to no information on that bag kinda hate the color isn't green. Any way to find if they made a green Taurillon leather tag?
Do you have the tag with you? If so, can you take a few more pics in natural light? Not outside, but in a well lit room during daylight. The colour in the pic looked dark grayish-greenish, which could have been this Anthracite too in certain lighting conditions.
I am sure they made greens too, I am digging through the archives, it just as well can be a Naxos bag from ancient times.

Unfortunately I saw it on an auction website with initials, so I didn't buy. You know too much, I thought I owned a Keepall 45 in Taurillon leather, but now I think it was the Naxos because of the herringbone fabric that was inside. Is that what this was?

The ones with the concentric squares lining are Naxos. But in reality that is also Taurillon, Vuitton just rebranded it and removed the beautiful lining.

Here are a few more photos from the listing, they are calling it Khaki. If you don't want to dig through the archives, show me how I can lol.
