No, there was no leather neverfull nor was there a pochette Métis in this leather (which really was a miss on their part, I would have bought one)
I am feeling super frustrated this evening as I received my long awaited Epi Alma GM. When I opened the box my heart sank because to me this looks like Epi Electric and not Epi at all - especially when it is sitting next to my existing Epi Alma.
This item came from Past & Present Boutique. It was authenticated via the Ebay process. Seller is trying to tell me that it is Epi and was authenticated as such. Further I can't even find a date stamp anywhere in it. Thoughts?

If they didn't know the difference or thought that you can be easily mislead, then they were wrong.
Btw this is why I have 0 respect for all authentication services. They are just a bunch of enthusiasts with 0 official qualifications or credibility.

You’re not crazy at all! Super frustrating that they didn’t describe the bag correctly. I assume you can return it?
Well epi electric IS a version of epi. Perhaps the seller doesn’t understand the difference? Have you tried informing them that epi electric is patent leather, which is totally different and not what you wanted?

Sending it back now. This is my second attempt at an Epi Alma GM. They are getting more and more rare in the preloved market so it seems.
It looks very similar to the Retiro nm, but I think it is a fake. The rings to adjust the shoulderstrap are more in the middle of the sides and not on the top.

So I purchased my first and only LV in Paris 10 years ago. I handed it in for a repair yesterday so I don't have a better picture but I was wondering if you can help identify what it's called from an old picture I found. They were unable to identify at the store.
And wow has the quality changed over the years. My 10 year old bag feels luxurious. I have abused this baby, so the interior lining ripped and it's in for repairs, but the exterior leather looks and feels brand new. I felt the exterior on a new neverfull and if my eyes were closed I would never say it's an LV. It felt hard and rough, not the same luxe feeling to it. Have the neverfulls always been that way or has the quality gone down?
