Identify This LV

Never seen this LV bag before? Is it something that actually has been produced by LV, if so what’s the name?
This shoulder bag is a vintage Monogram Raspail, produced between 1993 - 1999. The date code would be found in the fold of the inside corner of the bag. A newer style with the same name, (but looked nothing like the vintage) was also made, but it was more of a shopping tote style. I wish LV would just come up with new names for the new styles, especially if they don't resemble the original design !!

Hi! A friend was recently at a nail salon and a customer had a LV bag. She snapped a quick picture because she loved the bag so much, then talked to the lady who said it was a fake. Can you tell me if it's based on a real model though? I have tried to look it up online but no luck so far and I don't know much about LV. Would love to find out for my friend. Thank you!
Greetings! I know *zip* about LV so I come to the experts requesting help. This bag was seen in the wild by my daughter. She said it was big as her Neverfull, wide at the bottom, narrow at the top with a flap and no visible clasp. Is this a common LV bag? Or even an authentic bag? I’ve been on a desperate search for days. Sorry for the poor quality pic-she snapped and ran. (I asked her why she didn’t just ask the lady the name of the bag???)
