As this sounds like a private purchase then if you're unsure of authenticity you would need to contact a third party authentication service.
(as an aside, the photo is so bad I can't even read the datecode properly!)

I know this is a horrible blurry photo, but a friend of mine is trying to figure out the name of this bag and this was the only picture she can find. She got it from a family friend who claimed it was authentic. Honestly that bit is a long story but she doesn't have the bag anymore, and is trying to find one again. I'm coming up blank searches. Anyone have a clue? Again I'm sorry the photo is blurry it's old.
