she went offline..
If she purchased this bag from an actual boutique I would be more than happy to pay for all the expenses to sue Louis Vuitton for selling fakes...:roflmfao:

The most important thing however was that she wanted to sell it! Hope noone gets it!

But we have you guys..we don't worry...you can SMELL everything!!!

I find it really hard pressed to believe that an actual LV store would sell a fake to a customer. That bag is defintely fake, look at the lettering... It all off

I really hope nobody buys that bag.
The funniest bit is she tried to claim she went to the boutique.
Does she know where she is?????
i guess not lol

The thing was she was too concerned with all the red flag fake items (feet on Alma, lining, inner zipper). Most people who unwittingly buy or receive fakes as gifts have no clue about what differentiates theirs from the real one. Also -- Alma is not really a "big" bag so her reasoning for wanting to sell made no sense. I think she wanted to see what her potential criticisms will be once she puts on Ebay. That is awful and disgusting & I hope no one buys it.

oh, in the photo of the inside of the bag, there is a string. ya know how some fakes have a plastic round piece on a string usually w/ an LV logo printed on it? i wonder if that's the plastic fake piece!

I think she got really embarassed!

It was not my intention and I posted this after she went offline! In the beginning I really thought that her husband had bought her a fake for whatever reasons!! The thing is when she posted first here she created an identical thread in Authenticate this...
when we told her about the fake and that probably only the large MM alma had feet and everything she wrote on the other thread that in the boutique they told her that there is Alma MM which has feet and canvas bottom! that's the story!

P.S my post about clueless friends wasn't targeted to her...

When I wrote my original response, as the 1st responder, there were no pics. But cruising back in here and now seeing the pics she attached....well, that is one butt ugly Alma!

Hi John! LOve your avatar!
Could you help me with the name of this wallet? I thought it was the mono porte billets but I saw another one named that on ebay and it looked more like a man's wallet.
Here are the dimensions: It measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 It also has a deep pocket for cash.
I think it retailed for around 400.00, but is no longer on eluxury.
Thanks!
Michele
