Have any of you ladies heard of a “ Mute Balenciaga “ bag? There is one on Poshmark posted by Rebag. She is quite spendy, But I have never seen one in the wild. I was unable to post here.

Yes, the style does exist, if you google it you'll find examples.

There's another one on Depop in yellow for $500. Don't know much about that site.

Is this french blue? Any idea of the year please? I bought it from FP, just want to confirm the color and year.

Wait for Muchstuff’s thoughts, but my guess is 2008s Electric blue.

Not French Blue. That’s a 2007 color released before giant hardware.

I agree with @Conni618 that's it's not French Blue. The giant hardware was introduced in 2007, but if I recall, in S/S it only came in gold, and we didn't see the silver version until F/W 2007. French Blue was a S/S color so it did not come with silver giant hardware.

Thank you. It was listed as french blue on fashionphile. No regret thou as it is pretty. My guess is that it has faded abit so does probably look like french blue in real life

It's a S/S/ 2015 city. I have this bag and love it. Very structured and smooth. I think the color is more blue than purple. The patent leather trim on mine I swear looks black, but everything else is identical to the one posted, including the numbers on the tag. No idea what the official color is.
