Identify this Balenciaga

Thanks, I was hoping to hear those words!
Do you still have your Ocean Besace? Would you say the Day is faded or does the color look like this indoors? I could only find two or three photos in the library for comparison. But they all look so different due to lighting.

I returned it due to a tear on the strap holes!

The colour doesn't look too faded (maybe a stripe looks a little faded?) on the front of it - the back looks more faded and a lil worn (could just be the lighting though?), but super chewy...



Navy and Ocean are two tough colours to capture though, imo.

Stitching and tape read 100% Ocean to me though!

Do we think this is actually Bleu Nuit? On one of the color charts posted here, Bleu Nuit is listed for A F/W 2017 (so this bag's tag is consistent in that regard) BUT the color chart indicates that Bleu Nuit may have only been produced for metallic edge bags. It is Bleu Nuit. That color was available in E F/W 2015, A F/W 2017, and B S/S 2017. There could be more, but those three I've documented.

5560 is the color code for cyclamen, that’s for sure, but it’s obvious that they both bags are not the same color. I know that there exist some color code discrepances and a few were used for a couple or three other different colors. I mean, they used one unique color code for various other colors. Let’s see what @Deco has to say, she’s an expert 🙂

I agree with @LostInBal. 5560 was originally for Cyclamen, which I believe is the first color bag you've posted. But 5560 is one of those color codes Bal recycled several times, and none of them looked the same, other than generally being in the pink family. I've seen that color code in at least 4 different seasons.

I can't tell. I'd need to see more pictures and from other angles. It's not outside the realm of possibility that they are both Cyclamen from the same season. My stupid iphone can produce color variations like this taking photos of the same bag, at the same time, in the same place, with the same lighting. But I'd need to see more pictures of the other bag to get clues.
