Didn't even notice that...and here I thought I was getting better at this. The tag has the silver mark in the lower right corner so it’s not 2013.
I miss stuff all the time.Didn't even notice that...and here I thought I was getting better at this.
Good for EVERYONE here I'm not an authenticator. Yikes!
Seeing the second listing and the photo of the missing silver tag, I realized that the listing is likely of a different bag than the one wearing the silver tag. Hard to tell from the limited view of the inside of the bag, but on my screen the silver tag pic looks like it might actually belong to a Tomato bag…..but is not the one listed for sale.. Also agree the leather on the actual bag would be very unusual for Rouille..This looks to be the same bag from seller’s other listings but priced higher? Still can’t seem to read the tag, however.

Then there’s this one that looks similar but the tag looks just so…off?

you're totally right. i was blinded by the color lolNo idea of the color, but not enough pics to trust authenticity.![]()
Hello TPF people!
I recently purchased this First City Bag from Modaselle and it arrived today. The number on the metal plate is written as "Nᵒ 0660 W" which I assume is from the F/W 2006? But those numbers are very shallow/not hard printed on the metal. Is it common to have those with the 2006 city bags? Also, could anyone help me identify the colour? It seems to be either Olive Brown or Truffle...😅
one more thing! The website listed the bag as "Lambskin" but I'm pretty sure it is "Goatskin" since it was produced around 2006? CMIIW! Thank you in advance!

Thank you! I'm having a hard time matching the colour based on the reference library we have here in the forum. The closest one I could guess was those two colours 😅 I hope somebody could help me find the name of the colour![]()
@baggiebagbag i agree with yuzu. Looks like Truffle. Olive Brown was darker. This looks like '06 Truffle to me but I know @Deco will be able to give a definitive color.
Thanks so much @yuzulife & @Deco for clarifying!❤️@baggiebagbag i agree with yuzu. Looks like Truffle. Olive Brown was darker.
If your heart is set on a denim blue, you should check out 05 Navy. Despite its name, it’s one of two blues that seem the closest to a pair of jeans. The other is the original blue from 03. Its nickname is actually “Bluejean.”Just checked Blue Roi is much more royal. The color I am looking for is more of a denim blue.![]()
