Identify this Balenciaga

Hi everyone!

I caught a nasty cold and can’t sleep lol. I’ve been trying to figure out the exact year/color of my newly acquired men’s style weekender.

I purchased it from FP, the listing said it was “Cyprus?”, and the procurement team said my bag was estimated 2002-2009, but the reference chart says Cypres was 2010 O F/W.

Also, as I was looking at the handles, the coloring seems a bit off, almost like paint? Or maybe it’s just the lighting…any help would be greatly appreciated!

I added a photo in natural light at the bottom…my pictures should probably be better to get the most accurate info…this color is more like chameleon green lol.

Can you take a photo of the front and back of the tag inside? That will help narrow the year down. Also, if you are referring to the brighter colored green paint you see on the borders that's normal and called edge coat.

Oh okay phew! I was like what is this…lol.

I also read in another thread that they stopped making this particular men’s style in 2006, which also confused me about the Cypress colorway.

The funny thing is I was going to take this bag on a weekend trip, but got sick and have been browsing all the history on it🕵️‍♂️. I am feeling better though thank you!! Here’s the requested pictures:

Yes! It makes a bit more sense now, I tried searching everything, but doesn’t beat the knowledge of the experts here! Thank you both, now I need more colors lol

Hm, the zipper tape looks too brown in the photos for Grenat imo. Maybe the lighting is too warm or whatever. Now I'm even more intrigued, haha.

Maybe you're right? This was my mogano City. I don't see as much red as the pics you posted though.

thoughts on what color is this? i’m between rose pale and rose poudre, description just says “pink” no tag photo but this is serial number

Not possible being 2011 Vieux Rose because the Courier was discontinued earlier. On the other hand, I don’t think that bag is authentic.
