Quite possible. The bag in question is photographing a lot darker than EB, and mine is just so chewy and soft, so the leather has to be from a dif season.

Which colour is most accurate? Your earlier pic was much lighter and brighter.
I have a feeling I was living a lie all these years 
10 years ago I found a cheap ROUILLE weekender according to the seller and absolutely never questioned it. It was not in a good condition in some places and I sent to LMB telling them that it was a rouille and I wanted to restore it (handles yuk) and according to me they did a fabulous job. At the same time they saved my Mulberry Bays in oak Darwin and gave it another 50 years.
Back to weekender, I got it back and was so excited. Of course it felt a bit plasticky because of color restoration but OK be it, I had a rouille weekender to abuse it in planes, on carryon …. it traveled the world with me. First time I peaked at the tag was today. An M tag ???? There were no rouilles then ? But there was a Orange Brulee. So thinking that I have a rouille I was skipping fabulous rouille bags and bought an amazing orange brûlée city.
Then tonight I read here on PF a discussion about which color and leather is better 2006 rouille or 2014 rouille ???? What now ?
What on Earth is this color then ? It was re-done by LMB.

Oh it is orange brûlée , same color number as my city… here is a weekender first and then the city tags

That's where I'm leaning too. However it doesn't have that veiny look that my other 2006 bags have. Another thing that makes me think a 2006 is it's not has thick and chewy as a 2007.
