Looks like Sapin. But if it's Anthra, it's likely f/w 07, and the best of its kind I've ever seen. Seriously, best Sapin I've ever seen too.

Now I must sharpen my knives to be ready for when muchy shows up.

I actually saw this when I woke up this morning (5 am) marked it, and went back to sleep. I really need to start reading descriptions, thought it looked a bit odd for black but wasn't awake enough to delve. So yeah, :graucho: . @Deco...

The handle cord looks like it's faded black on both my phone and computer - I'm leaning towards Anthra after reviewing some Sapin reference photos.

Super pretty either way!

Voting Antha as well. I’m seeing bluish tint to it on my screen.

This looks like the PT version of the City (and mini City) I have. The leather on my City is as soft as 03-04 leather. Just insane. All I want to do is rub and pet it, but can't because the color can get rubbed off. The handles turn white metallic if you paw them too much.

EDIT: I see the whitened handles here. Better than darkened, IMO.

EDIT #2: I should add it's more navy than purple. it does have a hint of purple, though less than Ink does.

If this is the same as Deco’s it’s the S/S 2013 LE Metallic Marine with Brushed Silver HW. I did research on this recently when I grabbed the Velo that was on TLC that had been sitting there for months.


Corners aren’t great on mine either, but I had bought it knowing that I planned to rehab it. Once it arrives, I’ll definitely post it.
