Looks like it could possibly be this brand Adee Kaye although I can't find the exact model. I googled oversized mens watch large numbered markers & this showed up: http://www.amazon.com/Adee-Kaye-AK7211-MRG-Oversized-Quartz/dp/B00470WJIA
(the numbered markers are very similar to the pic you posted)

No it was a picture i found on facebook once, but i dont remember who i remember someone once telling e its a rolex but i've never seen rolex make this type.
