Looks like a pretty unremarkable diver's watch.
If you wanted something similar you could look up dive watches and pick up that suits your fancy.
Its def not a rolex, panerai, jlc, audemars piguet, patek, als, go, although it could be some form of the Blancpain fifty fanthoms on a brown calf leather strap?
