I had a pleasant shopping experience at Coach today but have to ask if there is a competiveness to SA's and helping a customer? I ask because one SA came up to me while I was checking everything out. She could tell I wanted to browse awhile and walked away. Then another came up to me and was discussing bags with me in detail and she took me up front to ring up my sale. I kind of felt a little bad about the first lady because she was friendly too.
