Congrats on your new bag! The Carly is a great bag! Too bad about the SA but don't let it spoil your excitement! Just keep going and giving your business to the one that was nice to you. Tell them you'll only deal with "insert name here". Then make a big fuss over the good CS you get from that one person to the manager. Maybe enough of that will pay off for you! I also like using PMS as an excuse to bite their nasty heads off!
