Mine is the Legacy leather signature zip like Grabergs.

Thanks for the pics Graberg I knew that's what it was supposed to look like.

This will now be the SECOND bag I have had to replace, and 3 weeks already without being able to wear it.

If it bothers you, return it.
Otherwise you will be thinking about it afterwards and be upset.
Better to wait it out a few weeks than be 'stuck' with a bag you feel is defective or not exactly what you wanted.

I'm glad you posted this thread, I will have to check my top zip when I get home.
