After reading all your posts I SOOOOO need a Coach fix!!! I better go to an outlet to hold me off.

I really want a purse but am not suppose to get it until my birthday (May) and I know they have only a limited number left. Does anyone know how long (if I got it now) I can return it if I like somthing better later.

Also how often do they come out with new lines?? I really like the leather and signature legacy shoulder bag but I don't know how long I will like it because of the front pockets. I just dont want another hobo!!

This is the bag that got me hooked on white leather. It's GORGEOUS!

As for when new stuff comes out, it seems like it is every other month. LOL.
 
The white agenda was very pretty, but I use my agenda daily and did not trust it staying very clean. I returned the agenda and the lanyard, and got a black agenda and a red keyfob. I feel so much better now.:p

Anyone get this message before?
I too ordered the Legacy Shoulder Bag in Whiskey on Tuesday, Jan 2nd.
When I checked Tuesday evening it said that my order
was backordered and would not be available for 30 days. When I checked
on Wednesday it said that the bag had been shipped. Hopefully yours will
be shipped out soon. I understand that the bag is in production and they
are shipping them as they make them. :shame:

was backordered and would not be available for 30 days. When I checked
on Wednesday it said that the bag had been shipped. Hopefully yours will
be shipped out soon. I understand that the bag is in production and they
are shipping them as they make them. :shame:

That's actually not what Customer Service said. They said they do not have any at the warehouse and what they are doing is locating the bags at stores and having them ship them out to you. I received the same message and by the next day it was shipped (shipped out today, ordered it yesterday). I called Customer Service 3 times and they told me that they located the purse at a store and they will be shipping it out Fedex Express and I will have to call tomorrow for the tracking number.

I ALWAYS want to go out and get something. It's the shopping gene in me. I've learned to control it more though but when it gets out of hand - watch out!
