I LOVE the Coach SAs!

This is so funny and I think we need to write to coach about our favorite SA.

This morning before I left work I gave a respiratory therapist his name and the telephone number. She usually shops at Ross park and she does not like it.

Was it one of you who mentioned tPF to Jeff? When I was in there yesterday picking up my order, Jeff was showing my Legacy Slim Flap to the other SA's, as they had never had one in stock at their store. One of the other SA's asked me how I knew of its existence, and I told them I had heard about it on tPF. And then Jeff mentioned that someone else had been in just a few days ago and that they had also mentioned tPF to him.
Talk about a small world!

I wanted to add something to this thread. Today, I got a sweet note from my SA that helped with all of my PCE purchases.

Mind you, I had no card, only shopped with her twice previously, but chatted it up with her each time, made a connection, and decided to later ask for the presale PCE and she was a doll the entire way through.

It pays to be nice folks!
