You need to talk to someone else, were you in a global store? The idea of special order is special order, cause it's not on the shelf. Get a better SA to plead your case. No doesn't mean no, if your willing to pay. You may wait 6 months, but let them know you WANT it! GOOD LVCK!

Have you tried calling 866-vuitton to see if there's one in a boutique? Most all of the stores have a couple of SO pieces - there just might be one out there.

Thank you everyone for being so supportive. I am going to try calling 866 Vuitton and see if there are any left and if that doesn't work, I will get another SA to try and help me. I'll keep you posted.

I went to the LV store in Copley about a year ago to get a school bag. They had just discontinued the alto but the sa told me that it could still be ordered in mono or damier.
