Wish the best of health to wear it, very nice on you. Really, I think it suits you more than any others I've seen with it.

It is a great bag, you’re going to love it.
I am actually surprised you didn’t already have one, you being both a clutch person and a BV fan.

when i first saw them, yet in reg intrecciato, i said i would have one at some point, i just could not set on the size/colour...
i still think the Large could be an inch smaller for a handheld bag, woven is too heavy on its own, plus all that leather adds to the structure/bulkiness, small, oh, well, that is a coin purse for me! :lol:
I was seriously thinking of the dark blue, but i had a look at my all small bags and clutches and realised that it must be black: timeless, versatile (for that price!), easy maintenance and worry-free for holding it when hands might still have sunscreen, handcream, sweat, etc
I can't wait to 'walk it out'!! :biggrin:

Since you got me started on this bag, and while I wait for my very own, I've been doing some reading about how Mr. Lee designed this. It was almost an afterthought, a sort of ... "well, let's take the Lauren clutch and strip it of hardware and cover it in leather and twist at the top" (I'm ad-libbing here, but seriously, one of the interviews he did about this bag says something like this). He has been extremely surprised that it's been such a crazy hit, and those interviews have been interesting to read. There's gotta be something that makes it great other than its great IG-age photogenic quality. K, put your stuff in it and walk around the house, walk around the block, walk around with it - tell us what the secret is! Is it, in fact, the very old-school simplicity of it? What? Is this going to be an every-day bag for you?

well, i did already :D
for me the secret is simple - it's nice to hold, and it's easy to use.
It won't make you feel bored, because it changes the look/shape all the time - you put it down, you hold it by the frame, or you keep it i under your arm - it will be a different bag every time.
It's a relatively small bag, but holds quite a bit, yet it does not look bulky, nor requires you to play tetris - just throw your stuff in, shut, and go!

It's a relatively large bag (for a clutch), you can carry some unusual stuff (for a clutch) and still not feel like a loaded camel, e.g. a bottle of water, or a rolled fashion magazine, and NO ONE will ever guess what's inside! and it will look equally pretty whatever you load it with!
It's a bag with its own character and state of mind, and every each one has own individuality thanks to the pleats of the leather, i'd even say it's unique like a fingerprint.
