OMG!!! i've been wanting this bag for so long! it's been on Saks for a while but for $648! i'm definately going to my Loehmann's tomorrow!
I went back to Loehmann's again today, ALL of the yellow stickers on clothes, shoes & handbags are additional 50% off. The manager said some of the items require the cashier to manually key in the additional off. Signs were also up in the handbags area.
Which one did you go to? I go to Mazza.

I went to Fairfax, VA Loehmanns; is it possible that different states has different discounts? Don't think so. Anyway, I'm going back tomorrow and we'll see.

I don't know I would think the sales would be the same. It's worth having a manager call the Mazza store. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you
Update. I hit my Loehmans today again, no luck 
Manager said no, they do not have 50% off yellow sticker price (no signs in bag area, too). Then I pushed her to call to Chevy Chase Loehmanns and she said they don't have this sale, too!
I refused to pay $400 and the bag is back on shelf.
I can see the only one realistical explanation of this: the bag doesn't want to be mine.

Awww man...I'm sorry. When I was at the store this morning, I noticed all of the signs had been removed too. I guess I got lucky. Keep checking.
I got a Michael Kors for dirt cheap yesterday.
The Saratoga East West Satchel was $288 originally, and I ended up getting it for $25!

I'm fairly sure it was a return, because the original tag had been ripped off and then stuffed back into a pocket. But it is in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier! The only bummer was that it didn't come with a dust bag, because I think the person who bought it and returned it, kept it. But whatever, no big deal!
