I'm happy for you all who got nice gifts from their SAs but I'm bit heart broken myself to see this thread.. I've spent total about 50.000 in this year itself and not even count last year's though, I haven't received any of gifts except 1 candle once even though I've been loyal and polite to 1 SA ( in 5th avenue ) Maybe I was too nice to her and she may think i am ok without any gesture. I know 5th Ave boutique is competitive and a lots of way more high paying clients there but still.. It's not just about 10k or 100k. A little gesture would makes difference. Makes me sad and realize no needs to be loyal to her. I have a few wishlists items I was going to purchase but now decide to visit other boutique or anywhere I meet new nicer SAs whenever I travel from now on.

Is your SAs first name initial start with "J". Sounds like I have the same experience as you.

OH MY Yes, and her first name's last letter is "e" Is this same SA? Oh I'd like to hear your experience if you don't mind, that would comfort my hurts If I'm not alone.
Yes, we have the same SA and like you no gifts. I was hoping for a little something since I prepaid for an item that has an unknown availability. Even when I paid for it (few months ago) and mentioned my birthday was the following week nothing. I paid for something and didn't get anything and still don't have the item. Guess you have to be on the VIP list at that store to get anything. She is very nice and responsive but guess we don't fit the criteria for any perks.

That's sad. I don't know how much you spent and purchased from this SA so far.. My case was total about $50.000 exclude tax from her in this year.. Actually I just noticed my most of order was made over the phone in this year so that might made differences, though, I still would not recommend this SA at all.

It's a total turn off for me with VCA now. Maybe I still would add 1 or 2 more items from my wishlist, from other store or other new SA. Then I will move on to other jewelries brands from new year.

I feel terrible for you. This is a lot of money that you’ve spent and she earned commission on. To retain you as a customer, and to show an appreciation for your loyalty, she could have and should have acknowledged you with a small something. I reached the point when I tell SA that I do not feel appreciated or well taken care of. It works like a charm every single time. I also wrote a nasty letter to Hermes Headquarters after one particularly bad experience in Hermes store, which they palliated with exotic Kelly :)))
