I'm fully aware of what you were referring to. Again, I see small similarities in the site design but don't feel it constitutes plagiarism-personally, I don't even think it's close to plagiarism. If you, and others. find it so 'sickening' then perhaps you need to notify Tiffany & Co. and make them aware of this. If they feel the design is too close to theirs then they can take the necessary steps to have the site removed, or at least encourage them to change their presentation.

I did feedback to Tiffany right after I posted here. Perhaps I reacted more strongly (different from overreacting) as I know the multi-level marketing scheme this local company is offering - pay $10k to join as a member and you are allowed to get a commission from your 'downliners' when they bring in a new member - complicated to articulate but that's the scheme in broad strokes.

I didnt really get much of a Tiffany vibe at all aside from the shade of blue on the side. Its a bit suggestive but I dont see anything wrong.
