I almost want to say that this is a networking issue, not a computer issue. I can access eluxury.com from work with my laptop, albeit slowly, but using the same laptop at home on our cablemodem just gives me a timeout response.
I logged onto several of my accounts which are spread over systems that use different network providers, and ran what is called a "traceroute" from each to the address eluxury.com. A traceroute gives you information about every step in the network from the place you started to the destination you specify. The "route" that I can see is shorter from some places than others. In the latter case, the route (or number of "hops") are so many that I'm guessing that the time it takes to get through all of the hops exceeds the timeout in our web browsers.
I'm home right now so I can't get to the website - can someone please see if there's an address on the eluxury.com site to report technical problems? If there's somewhere this can be reported, I can try giving it a shot.
