Has anyone contacted Meg or Vlads... about the area where people can sell and buy? Since ebay as become such a pain and with the way the economy is going.. I am sure more people will want to sell. Maybe the moderators can try to open it up to more people?

I had the same problem with *bay and this is how I solved it.

I was trying to sell a Chanel Bag. I only listed it for a 5 day auction and it didn't sell. (I also made other errors like not categorizing it correctly.

I had to wait for 30 days to re-list which was fine. This time, I chose "Good till cancelled" option. I sold my bags within 5 days but that is another story.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. My recommendation is to wait till 30 days are up and re-list. I did that and have had no issues at all.

I was listing 7-8 Chanel handbags. Suddenly they ended up. I have been using eBay for 2-3 years. I sold some Chanel bags before it happend to me. I am so mad about this!!

My account has been suspending for over 1 month now. I called paypal in Singapore twice.

Even I am unable to withdraw my money from paypal which is about 2100 USD!!!!

eBay are only letting me list 2 designer items a month.
I have also tried and tried to get restrictions lifted, but they keep saying apply in 90 days. I have 100% feedback too.
I keep asking them why, and pointing out the fact, that I can go on eBay, and find a fake Hermes in less than a minute, but they dont really care, and why can these sellers be allowed to keep listing fakes, but they really dont listen.
eBay in my opinion, is actually allowing the long term fakesters to carrying on listing their fake bags, and the genuine customers are getting stung.

I am sorry to hear that. They did that to me as well. I could list two chanel handbags a month. Now I am unable to use my eBay ID. I have been sorting it more than 1 month.

Good idea. Im sure if they did open it up to more people, they would need more help to moderate/supervise the MP and they have a wealth of people here that are qualified and willing to help.

I wish. Maybe they can even start charging nominal fees. I wouldl be willing to pay. tPF is very well managed and Im sure the MP would be too, even if it were open to more people.

I just set up my ebay sellers account only recently as I want to list a few items up for sale and yes, they restricted sale for only 2 items within 30 days! I have an idea for fellow tpf members: if one wishes to list their item on eBay, what if they use very detailed heading and not mention hermes in the list title, such as: Picotin PM Clemence Prune but specify the brand in the brand category later on. This method will prevent items to pop up in search results when someone's typing "Hermes" but serious buyers who know what they want will search and type "Picotin" and will find what they are looking for. I think this will also de-complicate things with the issues a lot of members participating on this thread have with EBay. What do you think?
