That SA sounds like a real B****! What would it hurt to just look.. I can't believe she refused a customer request! I didn't ask my SA about a CS, but she said she would call me if any B's showed up at my store!

I have had same experience with SA's in the outlet closer to me and it really irritates me not only that they don't even want to look but they try to BS me about it. In the other hand, every time I travel I try to go to the outlet that's close to Newark Airport in NJ as I found that usually they have a nice amount of deletes and the SA's are very nice and helpful. Anyways, I was there yesterday and got the colorblock white/mandarin boarskin borough. They had several on display and I'm sure they had more in the back. They also had white edgepaint medium and mini boroughs, the large tote in "patchwork"white plus some prestons, rileys and bleeker woven totes in white/blue and black/indigo, georgies and some other styles. Maybe you can call that NJ store and put the bags on hold and then go to your store and have them make a charge sent :smile1:


P.S: I was trying to quote Lizmil and Thatsmypurse but i guess I have not yet figured out how to do so.

Sorry to hear that SA was being so difficult. Your bag is out there. Call NJ and see if you can get one from them.

It seems you shouldn't have to jump so many hoops just to buy something. I just re-read my earlier post and I realized I was unclear. The wallet I wanted was the colorblock mandarin. The Borough was the camel edgepaint, medium.

I have to drive an hour to do a charge send and this SA isn't going to cooperate anyway. I think I'll just let it go. It will show up somewhere online or not at all. I know there are a few websites already with discount Boroughs. I'll wait to see if they drop below 25% off. If not I can live without it.

Makes me angry though when I hear they are out there in multiples.

Bummer! It sucks being so far away from an outlet. Is she the only SA there that processes charge sends?

Im sorry that happened to you, in my experience I have always had uninterested or rude sa's at outlets, probably because they don't get commission and theres so much inventory that theyre too lazy to look, which of course is still no excuse. Cheers to the outlet sa's that are very helpful though!
