Sorry you had to experience this. I hate the outlet that's 25 minutes from my house. The SA's don't have a lot of product knowledge and most act like they don't want to be bothered. In complete contrast, the factory store in Woodstock, GA is wonderful! I happily drive twice the distance to go there. The SA's always complement me on my Coach bag and ask me about my collection. They know I'm interested in deletes so they personally escort me to that section of the store (they've moved things around a few times). I didn't have to ask them about charge sends, they explained the process to me (even though I already knew). They honestly want to help you find what you're looking for. The store manager is just as wonderful and I credit him for hiring great people.

Girl, that's my outlet now too since we moved. It's awful. They act like it is an inconvenience to assist you. On a positive note, it has certainly curbed my outlet visits! If I need information on the availability of deletes, I still call my old outlet in Dawsonville. They are always happy and knowledgeable.

Love Dawsonville, too! They always have something good. I might pop up there in the morning instead of going to Woodstock.

When I said they were in Georgia she said, well there aren't any here and there aren't going to be. She refused to even look. No hope of a charge send even.

I was also looking for a wallet. She said there was one in the entire country, so that probably wasn't "real." She told me they were probably on the annual sale. It wasn't or I would have bought it.

These have to be somewhere, I hope it will show up on FOS. It's the colorblock white mandarin.

There are plenty of the white/mandarin colorblock accordion zip wallets; are you looking to get one only at a discounted price or are you willing to pay full price?
