I am curious. What is the TOP 5 brand of watches for you? & if possible, please indicate the reasons why you consider that brand in your TOP 5. I may consider your TOP 5 in buying a new watch.

I am expecting to see Cartier and Rolex in the list but I would like to know also other brands that are more affordable & of great quality.

Oops sorry misread your thread. Thought it was just top 5 and nothing to do with affordability. Affordable options would be Tag , Michele, Tissot, Movado,Burberry, Gucci...

Frederique constant. My husband got a watch from him and he really likes it. They also have ladies watches. Good design and reliable function. He also has a Rolex, PP, Breitling and others, but FC is in his mix too.

Personally I think that if you are not as interested in the mechanism, just get a style that you like - and that's a personal choice I guess! I am ok with lower end movement like Quartz or manual winding watches (i.e. not automatic) - but I just can't stand what is IMO bad design!

I recommend Tissot as an affordable Swiss Made watch. I've had mine for 3 years with no issues. On my wish list for my next watch is Longines and Rolex.

I had a Tissot watch too & I love it! Right now, I cannot afford to buy a Rolex but I want one too! lol who doesn't? Hehe
