Well, if you ordered before the sale then it stands to reason your midi Divina will be among the first bags they make. They even worked this past Saturday to get a good start on production. And they never work on the weekends! Very impressive work ethics and respect for their customers.

I was going to order a phoebe (or flora) keep getting them muddled up, but decided to wait until the sale was done and dusted. I know for sure that they have been inundated with emails and it has been a big job keeping on top of all the queries for such a small company. I never email Marco directly about sales because if he's emailing he's spending less time doing what he does best. I guess being a small and a new company we are all very lucky to get a sale so soon but the bags really are worth waiting for and Valentina is such a sweetheart to deal with.

Thanks to those who encouraged me to email about issues I had using the code. I received a quick reply and am very impressed with the customer service. If course, I've changed my mind on what I want about a million times since trying to place my order. Need to hurry up and decide. Tough when there are so many beautiful options!

So pleased to hear you got a quick reply. I know Valentina tries to get back with responses as quickly as possible. I think it is hard for her responding to all our English emails when her home language is Italian. It probably takes her much longer to write an email in English than we realize. I know how long it would take me to write on in Italian probably 3 or 4 days or even longer seeing as my Italian is non existent. I would have to cheat and use a translator!!!!


I have always found them to be responsive to my questions. I try not to send lots of emails in one day but get all my questions together and send one. Sometimes I have a follow up question but as I mentioned they respond reasonably quickly.

I love their bags. I find them reasonably priced and the quality amazing.

I am really curious to know what your final choice was!!!

But Big Cherry and I love seeing how far we can push him until he says, "No." What other Handbag Master can you do that with? A personal NO from the man himself! But we have a cohort in Valentina because she loves hardware as much as Big Cherry and I do.

I was originally going to order the red Zhoe but now think I want to wait to see what I think of the redesign. I also love the Aphrodite but would prefer a bespoke. So I've decided on the Selene Midi, which I think will be the perfect everyday bag. I was tempted by the lead but think I may prefer that in a smaller bag (or even in the new Selene coming out with the zipper detail), so dark teal it is
