I don't want to hand carry but 12.6" is way too long of a drop for me. My ideal strap drop length is 8-9". The cost was minimal, about 20 euros I believe.

I used the contact form on the site and heard back in less than 24h from Marco. He's been surprisingly quick to respond to my emails, especially since I'm in the US.


I think if you haven't heard back you ought to go through the contact form again.

I would email again ,I do sometimes get frustrated waiting for a reply especially if I've asked a question , but I think with this offer they have had many orders ,so your email may have been lost in the system .

I had the same question about shipping so I hope it's okay to paste their answer here. Not sure if the cost differs if you buy more than one bag. Maybe someone here can chime in:


WE ship to the Stated by DHL or by Express Post. Cost is € 25,00 for both services (around 30,00 dollars). DHL offers a faster service but they charge custom duties to all shipments. In certain US states percentage they charge can be quite high.
USPS in general doesn’t add custom duties or fees but shipments take more days.
In both cases signature is required. DHL offers the possibility to fix an appointment (this service has an extra cost) while USPS offers the possibility to pick-up the box from your Post office after that first delivery attempt fails.

My experience is that DHL was really quick but charged me quite a lot for custom duties.
On the other hand I have never paid any customs when it was delivered through the USPS.
