Thank you! I've been getting more and more interested in Balenciaga lately.

Quite honestly, I think your wonderful bag and clothing collection outgrew your closet. It's a bit too cramped. A collection such as yours deserves to be displayed properly in all its glory! :smile:

It is pretty full but you have to work with the space you have...next house will have a dedicated handbag closet!

Great closet, great collection! I have a couple of bags that live inside other bags, but they are also my grab and go bags depending on the size needed, my other bags live inside their dust bags. Maybe you could put folded dust bags between the bags, that way you could still see them. I’m sure you will figure out a great solution for your beautiful collection.

This is a great idea !!! Just place folded dust bags between two bags, or where hardware of one touches the other, to avoid indentations. This is such a good idea, and you can still see them all. I also keep few bags in dust bags inside the other. i have few sizes of YSL downtown, so small fits great inside the medium ( in its dustbag) and the small one is filled for shape, and voila....I have really small space for keeping a lot of bags. I fill them with air filled plastic pockets which I get every time I order books, and I have a LOT of those. I just make sure they are not self-degrading (once I had a million little pieces inside a bag which was left for few years LOL, I needed to vacuume it).

I often make mistakes posting but lately my posts have been rather weird and it is not me. My photos post in the wrong place or double post. Plus there is still that jerking which is drivIng me batty.

Holy cow somehow i missed this post! Jaw dropping collection @muchstuff , and your bag closet organization is the stuff of dreams. Its such a tricky thing, storing bags touching, w/o dust bags, vs covering them. I do agree with many posters above its best to protect them with dust covers. But when u have a lot of bags, you forget what you have and many go unused.

would love an updated pic to see how your collection has changed, and how you are currently storing them?

I just looked at the original pics and at least a dozen bags have been sold. I’ll have to update after Christmas. I still store them the same way, I rotate my bags often enough that I’m no longer concerned about them touching or being out of their dust bags, it’s so much nicer being able to see them all. Now your collection, you’d need a entire BV room :lol:.
