I'm in the 40+ age group and I love wearing my Tokidoki bags...the characters make me smile. In Hawaii, I always see women in all age groups (even older) carrying Tokidoki purses. :wlae:

I'm 43 and love to carry tokidoki and I don't think it is weird at all as previously mentioned. I have been using Tokidoki bags for about 1 1/2 years and I have NEVER had a strange look or negative comment on my bags. In fact it is just the opposite - I've had so many positive comments from both young and old male and female. I think as a person ages and the maturity level rises you realize that it doesn't really matter what others think. They make me smile and I carry them for me and me alone. If someone wants to snicker behind my back then at least I gave them a good laugh for the day! My mother who is turning 70 in a few weeks uses a tokidoki every day and gets more positive comments than I do. Cuteness has no age limit.

green bird: I totally agree with you! I just turned 49, and I love the playfulness of the Tokidoki prints. age has nothing to do with appreciating a certain type of style.

My mother and I picked out a really really cute LeSportsac tote with zoo animals on it a few months ago for our 12 year old neighbour. The SA thought someone my age shouldn`t carry one (!) but I use their weekenders anyway! Cute prints and lightweight. Perfect for travel, sleepovers and toting my stuff around. I`m 24.

If you`re happy with it and it isn`t say, you in a mankini at the mall, just have fun with it!

well i am a die hard Marc Jacobs and YSL fan also a BABY BOOMER and 58!! i am reading these posts and you have me intrigued with tokidoki! I MUST have one! can you suggest one that would be nice for me!
i found one that is mostly black with cute trim and GREAT LINING....that might be good bag to start off! will post if i get it

I'm 20, turn 21 next month and I love tokidoki! I have my original print that I got when it first came out and I'm hoping to get another one soon! I love my original tokidoki bag though so I don't really want another purse- maybe a bigger one for travel! I think they are fine for anyone to wear! As long as you are young at heart :)

I am 37 and I love to use my tokidoki bags to put stuff for my 2 daughters. They love to look at all the characters on it. And they pick a character they love on each print. They are suppose to carry the tokidokis. But I usually end up carry it. I use it with my Chanels purses. I can put extra stuff I need that don't fit in the Chanel into the tokis. I love it.
