I take it off about twice a year. I wear it for several months and then I take a long break... wearing other bracelets and watches and then I put my Love back on. I don't really like stacking. So far, no loosening of thr bracelet.

So even the new "clicking" screws on your regular loosen up once or twice a month? Do you find it worrisome/hassle or is it no big deal? If only I knew ahead of time what quirks the bracelet I purchase would have, it would be so much easier to make a decision whether to get it or stay with the cuffMy regular is new and I have to check the screws weekly. I’d say about twice/month I have to tighten them.
Mine was purchased in June and there's no clicking. I am used to it now, I check it every week or so, sometimes they're still tight, sometimes pretty loose. The small clicks when it locks, my regular doesn't. I need to have my DH talk to our SA about itSo even the new "clicking" screws on your regular loosen up once or twice a month? That's so odd, I was under the impression anything sold in 2022 onwards has the new enhanced system that clicks with each turn of the screw. Hopefully Cartier can fix any issues if you ever get a chance to get it checked out. Let us know if there are any updates!Mine was purchased in June and there's no clicking. I couldn't get mine off last year for my colonoscopy. I got my small Love off, but regular was a non-starter after 4-5 years. The only time I've taken my regular Love off was when I went in for a colonoscopy last week. Otherwise, I never take it off. If you're doing house/yard work, then people have recommended wearing a tennis wristband to cover it, so you don't get it banged up. The regular Love is not meant to be frequently taken on and off, it's meant to be worn 24/7, so I would consider that before exchanging your cuff.
I take mine off for medical procedures. I was a Perioperative RN. I don’t want to risk it being cut off or getting a burn from cautery. It’s not worth the in my opinion to not unscrew a bracelet and leave it at home.
