If you are looking for the light brown Madison shoulder bag, I would have the store look for you again. It says it's sold out but the website still shows it so there are probably some still out there. If your boutique won't help you, call the customer service number shown on Coach.com. You get the one you love!

I had a hard time returning a few bags, but after I've done it - it's usually a relief. I've only regretted one return and I was lucky enough to be able to rebuy it at the same price a little later.

I've been walking away and not buying much more often. As soon as I am away from the store and driving home I am usually okay with my decision. If I am not okay then I need to go back and get the bag and stew on it for awile.

When I do decide to keep a bag that I have been "stewing on" I have been happy with my decisons.

Right now my only unused bag is a special occassion bag, a Kristen metallic leopard and brown patent clutch with a woven chain handle. I passed on it the first time I saw it but I went back the next day to see if it was still there and it was! I was thrilled to see that I hadn't missed it and glad to be able to buy it. And I got a price adjustment on it a bit later and that made me feel even better.

I like it a lot but I haven't found an occassion to wear it yet. I am going to have to invent an occassion soon because it is more of a winter bag and I hate the thought of not using it until next fall. I like it a lot and I will probably keep it.

^A lot of this is how I have felt, things I've done to ensure that what I have is what I'll USE. I haven't regretted returning anything, but there was a few times where I regretted not buying something but I try to let those remind me to get it if I love it and leave it if I don't.

I actually have a coral amanda clutch that I bought last year to use for a dinner and never used - instead carried my regular handbag lol I just recently bought a croc audrey that I am still deciding on - I got a pretty good deal and still trying to determine if it is for me - this is my first croc and not sure yet.

I have a couple that I am returning - Peyton Satchel - I am noticing the around the handle the glitter is already peeling and that is not a good sign. The other is a poppy small bag - cute but not really in love - loved the deal I think more than the bag.

The other question should be how many bags have I cut the tag on and only carried once - now that is another story.

Why haven't you used your Audrey? Just curious..I haven't used mine.

I still have tags on My Gray Kristin Spectator Hobo and Ivory Spectator Zip Top Tote!
Just can't cut the tags yet!!! Now, Kristin Tote and Satchel, tags were cut right away!!!!

I donated 5-6 bags this past summer to the Goodwill (none of them were Coach, but they were all name brand in some manner or the other) for this very reason. They were taking up prime real estate in my closet for new Coach bags (and I hadn't used any of them in years). Anywho, I am waiting for two bags from the fall '11 collection and if a kristin elevated leather sage round satchel in shell pink were to hit the outlets, I suppose I couldn't resist. Also, the madison embellished leather sophia in Champne, but I think that boat has sailed (so I settled for the Wisteria;) )

I have two bags with tags in my closet in a special rubber-maid tote I'm just making TOTALLY sure that I love them enough to use them...lol...I do enjoy opening the tote and looking at them almost daily though....

I only Have ttwo that I have not the main reason is that they are new the Coach I just got last month and the Gucci is one that I am saving for a special time due to it being Python and Lmt Editon..

I don't think any of my bags are NWT, but I do have two I haven't used yet. One I'm just trying to sell and the other I will probably use soon! I just received it last week and already conditioned and sprayed the leather.

Initially buying these for visual satisfaction @.@ fell in love with these gems and came up with a thought of reselling on ebay...
Ended up stocked up too many, feeling a bit sad if i had to sell them... lols. Feeling happy and satisfied every moment by just looking at these lovely cuties lols
