how many LV bags do you own...what is your limit?

I love my LV bags and accessories and I hardly ever let one go once I buy it. I use them everyday and I rotate through them regularly so I don’t feel bad about buying more. But I’ve never counted or taken a group photo, and didn’t truly know how many I had until @Vlad come up with the idea for each user to create their own collection and wishlist. Then I realized I had a problem Now that I’ve counted, I have 45 bags, 5 luggage pieces, 63 SLGs and a bunch of scarves, shawls, straps, and key charms. Limit?? I clearly have no idea what that is!

Right now, I have 2 bags (Alma BB Epi in Noir and Indigo) and 5 SLG's (Key Pouch, Mini Pochette and Pochette Accessoires NM in Monogram Canvas and Coin Card Holder and Porte Monnaie Jour in Monogram Eclipse).

Not looking to add any more bags and SLG's at this point.

Wow! Where and how do you store/display your collection?

Don‘t have any special display for them.....just store them in my closet.

I currently have nine bags, having sold several, but I don't think I ever had any more than eleven at once.

There aren't really any other bags that I desperately want at the moment, but if I were to add any more I guess the limit at any one point would probably be around 10-12. I wouldn't want to have more than I could realistically rotate and use. SLGs are another story. The more, the merrier!

I only have 2 bags (psm and clapton backpack) and 2 slgs ( Escale mini pochette and Escale large kirigami pouch, which I use as a crossbody..so I guess that can count as a bag too)

But, for now, I am happy with what I have...unless LV comes out with something that catches my eye, then I might have to jump off ban island.

I have 2 LV bags: speedy 30 classic DE And neverfull mm mono MWT with black leather. I want at least a few more, likely an alma bb mono and a speedy 25 DA... gotta have something in azur. I’m also interested in the Noé bb and the Pochette Felicie. I think if I get a few more bags I’ll be satisfied. For LV I really love the canvas because that is what the house is most known for and it’s so iconic. I can’t see myself buying LV leather unless it’s an alma bb epi or Vernis preloved.

For SLGs I have the toiletry 26 (love it!!) and the key cles in mono. I don’t see myself buying whole bunch more SLGs unless I can get my hands on the Pochette Accessoires...which is consider more of a small handbag anyway.

I have 2 Gucci: a black gucci ghost Marmont crossbody and a Jackie bag.

I don’t have a numerical limit, I just don’t see myself going crazy and buying a bunch of handbags. But if I had more money, maybe I would buy more! I’d love to have a Chanel or Hermès someday but it’s hard to justify the price!

Around 3 years ago I downsized my collection to 5 bags. Today, however, it‘s grown back up to something like 45ish bag and 150+ SLG’s and access.

I think we have similar collections my friend..... I have never counted all of mine. I get through 2 shelving units and give up....
