I woke up this morning with "cold feet" about purchasing the ballon bleu! I have the roadster which is quite beautiful. I'm not certain that I want to be paying for the ballon bleu for the next 12 months. I am going to Cartier today as my roadster needs a battery. So I will visit and try on and figure out what I shall do!

^^Good luck with your decision, it's a tough one.....I have the Roadster and Tank F. but wouldn't mind a Ballon Bleu to add to my collection. Been favoring my Rolex though.

I just attempted to get to Cartier this morning. But traffic is insane from the storms and power outages. It took 1/2 hour to drive less than a mile! I will make another attempt in an hour. I can't wait to go. I think I should just get the ballon bleu and put myself on a "ban" for other stuff!

OMG - went to KOP mall today! They had major flooding on 1st floor. Food court near Sears is gone - washed away. Hermes was closed as well as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tourneau, Juicy, David Yurman and many others due to flooding. But.......Cartier was open! They opened later than regular time but were open when I got there. They changed my roadster battery. I tried on the ballon bleu and I still have mixed feelings. I don't know why. But I don't have to rush. And Cartier's new store charge will have better terms than the previous one. So I will dwell a little more!

Wow that's the mall I go to when I'm not internet shopping, shocked to hear they flooded...we had a ton of rain, just didn't realize they would have that problem.

0 - was looking at the Santos Demoiselle and Ronde Solo a couple of years ago but didn't buy any. I am still debating with myself whether it is worthwhile to get a Cartier timepiece.

I have 4 - a little excessive.... Men's Must 21 in white (my favourite summer watch), Pasha Seatimer in Black automatic (again men's size - great for assertiveness in meetings or just as an everyday sports watch one of my every day favourites), Tank Solo (medium model with black leather strap have always been unsure about this one) and a classic Roadster (pink face) - love this watch. I have three bands for this one.

whatever you get - they are great watches and classics!
