My actual Bfs have never reacted all that well, however I notice that my male friends dont mind going on bag runs with me. One of my better male friends can name most of the bags now  Maybe one day he will surpass even me lol.

My bf thinks I'm CRAZY for showing up with a new handbag everytime I stop by his place. He doesn't understand why I need so many bags too. lol If he only knew how much they cost... he'll probably kick my ass.

I think the only man that understands my true passion for handbags is my dad. He always tell me to buy what I like since life is too short to not enjoy designer goods. I love my daddy!

My BF surpasses me when it comes to my bags. He spots the fakes (mostly kate spades and Coach) and he knows more about identifying fake kate spades than me. This came about when I purchased a kate spade on eBay, thinking it was fake when I thought it was really real. He got the bag sent to his house so he spent hours looking at the website on how to identify a fake kate spade and called me back yelling at me that it's a real one. He knows the kate spade tag stitch per stitch and everything that he needs to look for to know if it's a real one. He's onto Coach right now. LOL. And he buys me my Coach bags too so I can't complain.

He doesn't -I have to point out that I'm wearing a new one and tell him how fabulous it is and also what a great deal I got on it!!! It doesn't matter, I buy them for me not for him.

He won't shop for one with me I would drive him crazy but never tells me not to purchase another. It is about moderation as Fayden said and he knows I wouldn't go overboard. I also know my husband doesn't want to understand it he just helps support it!

PLEASE HELP! Hello, I have over 400 bags, everything from Prada to Coach to Chole. I recently bought this bag on eBay, which I have never done before! The creed looks very shady to me. I got it for under $15.00 that includes S&H, and it is a present for my sister who is trying to get her hands on some of my more expensive bags. This was listed with only two photos, no creed photo. It just looks wrong...PLEASE HELP! Coach NY 6223 (2)

When I was first interested in designer bags, my husband balked at me even buying Coach. Then I saw his sister had one and she helped me convince him it was worth the price ($300 for the one I wanted). Turned out that because I talked about other brands like Chanel, Hermes, LV, that I liked but didn't intend to buy, that he thought ALL the bags I liked cost thousands of dollars! Since then I did get one LV (for my 55th birthday - LV in Roman numerals) and he sometimes asks me if I want to get another style because even he now recognizes the quality is worth the money.

Last spring, while driving, DH asked me suddenly: How many of these bags, do you actually have?
I was silent to his question.
Next question from DH was: What should we do with all of them , if you die?
After that, an akward silent moment became obvious inside the car.
Then DH spoke: We will sell them all.
Maybe this summarizes it all, what he truly thinks ( I buy my all purses).
LOL:)

He knows I love bags. When we first got together, he didn't really quite take it well though. Now, he's like "Are you sure you don't want to check out that shop?"

He doesn't mind that my bag stash occupy quite a space in the closet. He often asks my opinion whenever he wants to get a new bag himself. :)

My bf is starting (unwittingly) to learn about bags. He doesn't really understand the fixation, but does appreciate quality. He doesn't like how much I spend, but our finances are separate and he knows I pay my bills.

When I buy a contemporary bag who manufactures in China he comments about the low paid laborer who made it and the mark up, but I quickly remind him that it's no different than the video card, motherboard, phone, or processor he buys that costs in the same range.
