How do you store/display large numbers of earrings?

OK I am really leaning heavily toward this one now. And any business that also offers The Haircut Umbrella is a place that deserves my custom. And yours. We must all go buy things from this fine establishment immediately.

I saw this and burst into the Canadian National Anthem right here on the Ergonomically Designed Home Workstation cleverly designed as grandma's old bed. Speaking of which, Canada has a much better national anthem than the US. Even people who are not Aretha Franklin can sing it. I'm kind of surprised none of the military entities haven't liberated it.

^ ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :roflmfao: :roflmfao: :roflmfao:

ETA: That is the funniest thing I've seen all year. It's a funny looking thing anyway, but it's the look on the guys face and your comments that really make it truly hilarious!!! I can't stop laughing!!! :roflmfao:

It's actually quite a clever invention, though!!!

So glad I found this thread. I also am in need of some kind of storage for my earrings. I have an stand up jewelry armoire, and it does not do any justice for my large dangle earrrings. I have them in so many little boxes, it's takes me an hour just to find them. Half the time I dont know what I got!

In small boxes and containers -- jewelry boxes, little eggs, small bowls, the whole deal. I'd love a jewelry tree:

I, too, thought that this jewelry tree would be great. I asked for it last Christmas, and husband got it for me. I remember it took wrapables an inordinate amount of time to send it, and their customer service was impossible to get ahold of.

At any rate, the jewelry tree eventually came... and none of my dangly earrings would fit over the branches. So, basically it was useless because you obviously can't put post earrings on it. Sadly, not worth the $90 (unless you have tons of necklaces and bracelets you want to store on it.

Right now, I use a pretty lowball glass and hang my dangly earrings around the lip of it, with the front of the earrings on the outside of the glass. It keeps them from getting tangled and I think it looks kinda nice.

ShimmaPuff: Please stop...I almost peed my pants reading your post!! :roflmfao: :roflmfao: :roflmfao:

OK...you guys have made some great suggestions. I was going to ask about storing options for clip on earrings...but I think I have some ideas now. ;)
