I also have the Inlaid Op Art Sabrina. Fabulous bag! I also bought mine in early Fall 08 at the Madison premiere event. You could always contact Coach and try to locate one. The leather is Italian leather.

While I was out over the weekend I saw someone with the inlaid op art Sabrina (first time I'd seen it IRL) and she was gorgeous!!!! I may have drooled a little bit and I had to make myself stop staring at the bag!

This is years later, but I have just acquired a Madison Sabrina Op Art all leather Black and Mahogany. It is in never used condition. Is this considered a rare find?
