Does SAs get commission if you order items on h.com for in store pickup?

Unfortunately no. I asked my SA at Madison about this recently and they do not get commission.

Does the Cashier usually get the commission or the the SA name under the Item on the receipt?

The name under the item gets the comission. They usually have a different person ring me up.

Please excuse me if this is answered in another place, but do any of you ladies know if Kelly Cuts count to the sales quota of SAs? I have recently moved to NYC and Madison is my new home store. I would like to develop a good relationship with an SA before I pop the B/K question. Any advice is appreciated!

Yes, it does count in the quota, but it all depends on the SAs or manager because sometimes they offered more than 1 birkin to me within 3 months

Hi - I just got offered a constance - although I know I want it later on in the year, I was waiting for a B/K for 2022.
Do SAs have commission on C bag? I wanted to know if it goes basically back to “zero pre-spend” or if my dear SA will get credit for it towards her number
