Horrible Experience At Chanel Hirshleifers

This thread has me really worried. I pre-paid for the neon blue mini flap from Hirschleifers at the end of February. I was told the bag will arrive anytime from March-June. I haven't heard anything from the SA and now I am worried I won't get the bag. I really dislike having to pay for the bag upfront, but I thought that at least secured me the bag.
I wouldn't worry, I've preordered in full from them and I've had no issues. Just be patient :)

Update on my order. My Hirsch SA (Thomas) contacted me today to tell me my mini had arrived and that it will be shipped out tomorrow. I mention it just in case anyone else gets worried because of the other experiences had that were less than desirable. My SA was very helpful and quick to respond and will send me tracking info as soon as it's available. This is my second purchase with my SA at Hirsch and I have been happy with his service. I hope others have a good experience as well. The big positive of their strict return policy is getting the bags in pristine condition. I only buy from them if I am 100% on an item.

Thomas is a little bit slow when it comes to responding to queries but he seems nice in general.
