Hello all! Do any of you have issue with the buckles of the Halzan where the strap is supposed to be attached to? I have recently acquired an old (2015) halzan and after a day of wearing the bag the strap just keeps sliding up causing the hole coming out of the insert/prong. Do you have the same issue? Or am I not doing the strap right? I am just worried that the strap would come undone and I will have the entire bag falling onto the floor..
Thanks for your help!

I don’t have any problem.
I can’t quite see the “pin” coming out from the strap in your picture. The pin should sit on a groove securely and the strap won’t slide. I’ll try to take a picture later.

With the Halzan facing front the strap should be attached as pictured. See above If yours is coming loose the hole maybe bigger than the Prong.

Mine came off and fell during my second wearing of the bag. Since then, the strap has broken in with a little divot where it's through the buckle, so it doesn't fall now. I think that mine is stable when the strap is feeded through the leather loop below the buckle, but when it fell, that part must've come loose.

Thanks - yeah mine just slipped out after a day of usage (see picture). I do think it’s because of wear and tear (I acquired this on a secondhand market) the hole is bigger than the prong.. I will try to bring it back to hermes to see if there’s anyway to fix it.

I hope they can fix it. It will be a shame if they can’t as from my two days of trying it out I actually really love how functional the bag is.

Thanks a lot for your valuable input!

This is not buckled correctly. It's supposed to go in and out of that first metal part. You bypassed an insertion point.
