Alana is six months older than my daughter, which is so crazy to me. My daughter has a crazy sweet tooth, but she knows when she gets treats and when she eats healthy. It's not easy though, and left to her own devices she would eat tons of junk. Luckily, right now she's tall and thin, hopefully she'll make good choices as she gets older and I have less control.

But her daughter is not a healthy weight. All that pressure on the heart...sad.
That dress is awful on Alana. Reminds me of wearing a burlap bag. I have a feeling June is not done losing weight and will get surgery to get rid of her chins when she is.
I don't understand how she can be going through this transformation and Alana seems to be growing. She has got to be cooking healthy for herself so why is she not doing the same for the kids?!
That poor child is either diabetic or pre diabetic and will not have a long or happy life if she continues on this path.
They are both disgusting. They look even worse than before. And why are they paying attention to a woman who let a man molest her own daughter?!
Size 4 my @ss! Yes she is thinner but she's still trash. Loosing weight to make your ex jelly? What a great lesson to teach your daughter. Wedding dress shopping when you don't have a guy another healthy lesson for honey boo-boo. This poor girl is in for a lifetime of struggle.
All I see is bad choices. The results of her surgery won't last long if her diet and lifestyle don't change.
As for her daughter - there's no excuse for letting a child get that way. She needs help urgently to get her weight down and some education about healthy food and exercise.

The reason these people still get any media attention is baffling.
While June looks better, she ain't no size 4. She's still going to have to do something about all the excess skin. And why is she not doing something about Alana's weight??? Alana keeps getting bigger & bigger. She's going to wind up with diabetes & heart problems if she hasn't already developed them. There is no excuse for allowing an 11 yr old child's weight to get so out of control. Poor irresponsible parenting. She should know how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle & doesn't seem to be trying to encourage Alana to get with the program.
