We have two cats and one (who is in his teenager destructive phase still) has cost me a fortune in apple computer and phone charger cables. He also gets into everything! I'm hoping he calms down soon, just a waiting game. Sorry about your bag, hopefully you can minimize the damage somehow.

I had a rabbit that chewed through electric cords. He was so destructive! The best thing I ever did was move him outside. I think he was happier out there too.

He looks like mischief. I have cord protectors on almost all of the cords now, for my bunny. But the cat was the one that ended up developing a taste for white Apple cords.

I feel your pain, OP. One of my little darlings did this to my Transatlantic Portfolio. I do love my baby kitties, but sometimes they test my patience!

I'm sorry about your purse. I remember those days of frustration but I'd give anything to have my pets back. Think of it as her mark of love and then keep that barricade in place!

Looks like my lovely hobo suffered from a cat attack. Bad bad Max!!!!

I have only carried this about five times. Anyone looking for a cat?? Free to good home!!!!
I would use Coach moisturizer on the scratch spots. They may make the leather swell and be much less noticeable.
Maybe after that if needed - Fiebing"s leather craft cement (I think thats the name ) applied with a tooth pick, just a tiny bit on hole marks. * Might need to test on other area first to make sure it dries clear and does not show up or shine.

I am so sorry. My cat, also named Max, was notorious for ruining bags, shoes, and pretty much anything else he could get near and unlike yours, he didn't use his nails - he used his teeth! I think with some conditioning the scratches will be less visible. Bite marks never go away though :-(

About six months ago, he snuck out and ran away. We do miss him - but I have to confess it's such a relief not to worry about hiding and locking up all my purses.
