The “Lizzie McGuire” actress went to meeting in Moorpark before stopping at a Robeks juice spot near her home in Toluca Lake for a refreshing beverage to quench her thirst.
Meanwhile, Hilary has been recruited by The Ad Council and the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network to develop a multimedia campaign to dissuade teens from using the phrase “that’s gay.”
According to press reports, the new television spots show teen girls shopping for clothes, during which one of the girls calls a top “gay.”
Hoping to make an impact, Duff then enters the frame, telling the teen, “When you say ‘that’s so gay,’ do you realize what you say? Knock it off.”
