Yeah she's definitely a tag-a-long.. she's isn't famous... she's only famous because of Hilary... how sad... guess she has to live her life vicariously thru her sister?

she's done a bit of acting and has written most of hilary duffs songs for her.

she was actually the one trying to be famous and hilary sort of stole the limelight i think. i remember reading somewhere that she went for the audition for lizzy macguire and hailary was just there for support and they didn't even want to audition her once they laid eyes on hilary. i actually feel quite bad for her
