Hilary Duff is all smiles with her new hairstyle on Friday morning (March 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 27-year-old Younger actress put some money in a meter before heading in to her gym to fit in a workout session.

That same day, Hilary celebrated her son Luca‘s birthday by making a super cute Flipagram.

“3 years buddy! 3 beautiful years! You make every minute worth while! We cherish all your firsts and all that is to come ❤ ️Happy 3rd birthday my love #timesflying #whatayear,” she captioned the video, below.

Such a pretty face, but the hair is just terrible. It's not even colored the whole way through. Not sure what the fascination with the Easter egg hair color is.

That hair is a mess. The colour is dull, the coverage is uneven and it looks like a bad Halloween wig. But her skin is flawless.

I have to admit the first picture scared me. First time I've seen her look scary.

That side profile shot looks a bit Kylie Jenner-esque. Let's hope that's not what happens here! I wish she would have made the color more even as well... Either lighter and all over, or a bit richer and darker all over.
