yeah the girl wears way too many scarves. i know she doesn't like her shoulders but really? this outfit in particular would obv look better without it. (IMO anyways)

I think if she had a light weight scarf it would be fine. Her scarf looks like a winter scarf and looks odd with a sleeveless top and sandals.
